Aquarius

Aquarius is one of the older condominium complexes on South Padre Island and has had a long and interesting history. The current owner's association has done a great job restoring the building to its original level of quality. There is new wallpaper and carpets in the hallways, the grounds are meticulous and the public areas are useful and comfortable. The building is a peculiarly situated square which allows for some magnificent views from the individual units. They don't typically build swimming pools this big at most condominium buildings of this size anymore. There is on-site management who is helpful and courteous. Aquarius is a great value for people wanting to be beachfront without paying the typical beachfront price.

Bahia Mar

Everyone on the island knows that Bahia Mar has the most beautiful landscaping of any resort here. The lush plantings along the canal system which connects the two large pools are as spectacular as the beach views from the individually owned condominiums. Bahia Mar also offers lighted tennis courts, putting green, night club, restaurant and Jacuzzis. Located beachfront, 3.2 miles north of the bridge on Padre Boulevard.

Beach House Condominiums

Beach House Condominiums is a complex of three beachfront buildings. Small and intimate but with full amenities, our 2 bedroom two baths, and our three bedrooms three baths have large private beachfront balconies. The land immediately to the north and south of the complex is less developed so that there is a feeling of great space and no congestion. It has on occasion been called a family oasis. Located beachfront, 1.6 miles north of the bridge.

Beach Houses

These private beach homes are located beachfront with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each home demonstrating its very own unique style. Our 4 bedroom, Villas Doce home, provides a Spanish styled structure while our 3 bedroom, House 4018, displays a luxurius contemporary layout.  Either one will provide you a satisfying vacation stay on South Padre Island. 

Casa Del Sol

Within walking distance of the Island's best entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Two of our two bedroom condos are ground floor with washer-dryer and private fenced patios. The other two economically priced units are on the third floor. Spacious pool and Jacuzzi area. Casa Del Sol is on Amberjack Street at the second traffic light on the Island, 1.2 miles north of the bridge.

The Dolphin

A new property to the Island, finished in 2002, just across the street from the beach, this quaint two story split level  condo property offers it all at a very reasonable price. Property has pool and Jacuzzi. Quality and economy at an affording price.

This is a beach comber's dreamer. Our three bedroom, cornered, gulf view condominium will surely satisfy any beach lover's needs. Within walking distance to one of the Island's most popular party spots. With a huge community pool, tennis court, and Jacuzzi on the property, the Embassy is located on Gulf Blvd. 1.7 miles north of the bridge.

Fiesta Sol

Fiesta Sol is a three story condominium property with two bedroom, two bath units, in easy walking distance to the beach. It is located near Boomerang Billy's on the beach, for Island volleyball at its finest. Clean pool, and Jacuzzi area. It is on the same street as one of the Island's landmarks, Jake's. Located on Amberjack 1.2 miles north of the bridge.

Florence I & II

A fine location, a wonderful view, a moderate price. Our one bedroom and efficiency condos have all this and more. Some units  has sleeping facilities for  six people comfortably in the one bedrooms. Pool and Jacuzzi. Located beachfront at Morningside Street, 2.9 miles north of the bridge.

Gulfview I & II

Gulfview is the southernmost condo on the Island, and some units on the upper floors facing the south, have wonderful panoramic views of the Gulf, Ship Channel, and Bay. .2 miles south of the bridge.

Inverness 

Gulf front living without all the sand.   The pool and Jacuzzi are elevated on opposite sides of this extremely well appointed property. Assigned, sheltered, secure parking at ground level. Elevators and laundry on the premises. Most condos are renovated every two to three years, as needed.

One of the newest beachfront complexes on the Island, with a large swimming pool, spas. exercise center, tennis courts, mini-soccer field, bbq facilities, gated property.

La Internacional

Sitting almost at the waters edge is a crescent shaped building. Within this shape is a pool and sunning area sheltered by the blowing sands. This condo property is a small intimate three story building with elevators and coin operated washers and dryers. A perfect place for an economic summers get a way or a long winters rest.

Los Cabos III

Brand new complex located half a block to the beach, with swimming pool and hot tub. All units have washer and dryer. 

Moon Dancer

Small complex located half block  walking distance to the beach. This economical complex is for families traveling in a budget, our units have washer and dryer.

Ocean Vista

Luxurious Condominium accommodations in a luxurious beach front complex. Excellent views, large pool and tennis courts. The location is central to the large resort area and the entertainment area. Located 1.3 miles north of the bridge on the beach front.

Parkshore

Exclusive, Elegant, Beachfront, and Private. Parkshore has assigned covered parking, tennis courts, swimming pools and Jacuzzis on each side of the building so that you can sun no matter the time of day. The units are beautifully and uniquely decorated. The view from the spacious balcony cannot be surpassed. Maximum 4 persons. Located at the north end of Gulf Blvd., 3 miles north of the bridge.

Plaza

Great location, beachfront property with greenhouse heated pool, large beach pool, sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, some cover parking. Our unit has a great view of the beach from living room and master bedroom. Perfect for families. Walking distance to Restaurants and Gift Shops. Located 1/2 mile from bridge.

Saida Royale

Saida is the largest condominium resort on the Island, and has 3 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, 4 tennis courts, pro shop, pool bar and snack bar, shuffleboard, elevators, coin operated laundry on the premises. Our two bedroom condos have great views of the recreational area and the beach. Located beachfront, on Padre Boulevard, 1 block north of the bridge. 

Saida Towers

Saida is the largest condominium resort on the Island, and has 3 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, 4 tennis courts, pro shop, pool bar and snack bar, shuffleboard, elevators, coin operated laundry on the premises. Our 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condos have great views of the recreational area and the beach. Located beachfront, on Padre Boulevard, 1 block north of the bridge. 

Sea Dancer

Brand new complex located half a block walking distance to the beach, swimming pool and hot tub. All units equipped with washer and dryer. 

Sea Vista

This beach front gated complex is located on the southern area of the Island. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Seville

The name says it all. This exclusive Gulf front condo, with fewer than 15% of the 70 two and three bedroom condos, in a 7-story building, are available for rental. It is gorgeous. It has the most beautiful view of the bay. The entire west wall is glass and you see water from floor to horizon, and blue sky from horizon to the ceiling. Look south from the balcony for an Island and Causeway view and look due west for the daily main event - the sunset. Located bay front 2.9 miles north of the bridge on Cora Lee Street.

Ventura

We have Two condos from which to choose at Ventura. One is two bedroom, two bath and One is one bedroom, one bath. For catching the rays, this complex is perfect as the very nice pool area has a southern exposure and receives sunshine all day long. One of our units is ground floor with patio door opening to the pool area. Ventura is located on Venus Street, 2.2 miles north of the bridge.

Villa Del Sol

Shady palm trees create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Three of our two bedroom, 2 bath condos are ground floor with the patio adjoining the pool and Jacuzzi area. Patio doors open from the dining and living room. The other elegantly decorated unit is just above on the second floor, easily accessible by elevator. Located on Verna Jean, 2.6 miles north of the bridge.
